Credit Application

The words "you," "your" and "yours" mean each person submitting this application. "We," "us," "our," and "ours" refers to the dealer and finance company. You represent that all information contained in this application for credit is true, complete, and correct. You understand we will rely on the truth of the foregoing statements in granting credit to you. You authorize us to verify your employment and income and all other information you have provided, and obtain information about you from the credit bureaus, other creditors, employers, federal and state records (including state motor vehicle departments), and other third parties. You authorize us to submit this application and any other application submitted with this transaction to the finance companies disclosed to you by us the dealer. You authorize that such finance companies may submit your applications to other finance companies for the purpose of fulfilling your request for credit. You agree that we may obtain a consumer credit report periodically from the credit reporting agencies in connection with the proposed transaction. You understand that we will retain this application whether or not it is approved.
CALLING AGREEMENT: You agree that GM Financial, its affiliates, or your selected dealer, and those acting on its/their behalf, may call or text you using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Without limit, these calls may be about servicing, payment or billing. Your phone carrier's voice, message and data rates may apply. We may also contact you at any email address you provide to us. You may revoke your consent for any telephone number or email address you have provided by contacting us.
